installed meth yesterday on dyno

Hi i had 325 whp no meth ( very hot day ) and with meth i got 340, thats 15 whp gains and its to small i should be making more power, we found the problem though, the engine gets to little meth, cuz i had meth all the way home 900 km and it only used 7 liter total (50water/50meth)

The nozzler is a cm10 that should be big enough but i will buy a bigger, u guys think it will help ?

Or its maybe the pump gets to little electracy what i read about in n54 section

I have same kit as hotrod ( cooling mist recomended it, its for n54) but still that should not be the problem its feels like its flucating like a heartbeat (pulse) think it should be stronger

Regards rami

I ran the setting so it already kicks in on 1300 rpm , so the car was getting maximum meth all the way home (900km) 9 hours straight drive on highway

I have a cooling mist pump, works fine with no issues.
Check the filter screen, if you are running that large of an injector, at that low of RPM's you should be quenching and car should be running like crap. Also check electrical connections. What controller are you using?

Check that the pump pressure is turned up and not set super low.

assuming your pump is the same as all the other pumps used for meth installations, there is a screw in the top of the pump for adjusting the pressure the pump produces. If the pressure is too low you would get low flow. The pressure can be adjusted higher by turning the screw clockwise, or pressure turned down by going counter clockwise. I have heard that you can damage the pump if you turn the screw too far clockwise but im not sure ive heard of anyone actually having that problem.

You can measure the voltage at the pump if your think its not getting enough.
If its undervolted it wont be drawing as much current and running slower.

I do not know how much a pump will draw. But if you are running undervolted, wire it through a dedicated 14ga relayed wiring harness and draw from the battery.

I think they are fused at 10 A, so if it was picked per NEC it should be max around 8 amps continuous?

Damn Amigo. After your deletes, DP addition and meth I bet you this Vette will casually make a right turn after you line them up!

If it's pulling around 10amps then wiring off the lighter may not be a good idea. Need to pull power straight off battery through a relayed harness. Otherwise get aquatinted with the smell of burned wiring.
