Not exactly what you are looking for, but have 08 sedan with warranty until 9/2018 fr $18,500. Loaded, except no nav. Has sports, premium, and winter packages. In Virginia.

I have a 2011 E90 335 M sport loaded with every package possible. It's alpine white on black Dakota oyster interior (two toned) with just over 20k miles at 20,065. CPO until mid 2017 and factory warranty until 2015.

I have a 2011 335i xdrive, Alpine White. Coral Red. Navi, Cold Weather, Sport Package. Harmon Kardon. Manual. 25k miles. Perfect Condition. I can upload pics later Still in warranty until oct 2015

Flaked out on my car...led me on and everything. Just don't take too much time on this one. Says he has 15k saved up and his mom is covering the rest. Just be careful and don't waste your time. Apparently 20k miles is too low for a second owner and is sketch for some reason? Lol just beware.
