FS: 2000 E46 TiAg 323iT Sport Wagon, ZSP, 5MT, OEM Mods, 195,xxx, $3k
I was hoping this day would never come, but alas, it's time to sell the best car I've ever owned. My Dad has had some health issues recently and has offered me his 6MT Eurospec E46 330XI, so the time is right. Time is an important element here, as I must return to Boston with only 1 car (from Cinci where my parents live), so I have priced this car for a reasonably fast sale. I am a PhD Student in Boston, but grew up in Cincinnati. ________________________________________ For Sale: A 2000 BMW 323iT Sport Wagon. 5-speed manual short shift. TiAg Exterior Paint with Grey interior. 195,xxx. I'm asking $3000, but am open to reasonable offers (KBB says this is worth $3,400--which does not account for the exclusivity of a RWD, 5MT, ZSP Touring). The right person can get a steal here. This is a very rare 5-speed manual, sport package, rear-wheel drive wagon. I had to travel 2,000 miles to find this combination! I have been the sole owner and operator of this car for the past 7 years. Minor repairs were done by myself, with major repairs being done at Enthusiast Auto in Cincinnati. The Car was originally sourced from Texas, and it has been garaged in Cinci, so rust is minimal. As you can see from the photos, this car has been my chariot for wilderness adventures for the past 7 years. It offers the perfect combination of versatility, fuel economy, performance, and driving pleasure. I trust the new owner will enjoy it as much as I have. Please see my Itrader ratings (On E46 fanatics) to confirm my credentials. I've been active on E46fanatics since 07 and have an excellent reputation. I am an honest, straight-forward seller; I'm willing to accommodate special requests, but no BS. This car is far from perfect. But for the right person who knows how to turn a wrench, all the cars issues can be dealt with quite easily. __________________________________ From the Factory: ZSP Sport Package (Sport seats, suspension, steering wheel, Type 44 17 inch wheels) Full Leather interior In-dash CD player Sunroof __________________________________ Modifications: ~50% Tint (from previous owner) OEM M3 Steering Wheel OEM ZHP Weighted Shift Knob OEM M54B30 Intake Manifold OEM 330i ZHP Cat-Back Exhaust OEM E9x M3 Motor Mounts UUC EVO3 Short Shift Kit UUC DSSR Rogue Engineering Rear Shock Mounts Carbon Fiber Rear-View Mirrors Carbon Fiber Fabric wrapped interior trim Carbon Fiber Front and Steering Wheel BMW Roundels Smoked Side Turn signals and rear lights Roof is wrapped in Matte Black 3M Vinyl German Auto Solutions Upgraded DISA Besien Systems VANOS seals **This car has aftermarket headers, so if your state requires emissions, it must have modifications made to pass** _________________________________________ Since I've owned the car, these repairs have been performed (repair and mileage) Wheels Refinished 107k New PS Pump, reservoir, return line, cooler line 107k New Clutch, used 32k 5MT transmission 132k New Ignition Coils, Spark Plugs 132k New MAF 132k New Fuel Pump 132k New Outside Temp Sensor 132k Rear Subframe Inspection (passed) 147k New Fuel Filter ~150k New Valve Cover Gasket New Vanos Seals (Besien Systems) UUC Evo 3 SSK Installed ~160K EWS Replaced, new Key ~160k New OEM Rotors, Brake Pads; Brake Fluid Flush 166K UUC DSSR Installed Only OW40 now used for all oil changes 169K New CVV Hose Installed 169K M54B30 Intake Manifold Installed (+7hp) 169K F1 Autohaus Headers Installed 171K ZHP Catback Exhaust Installed 171K New E92 M3 Motor Mounts 171K New Secondary Air Pump Hose 171K New AC and Alt Belts 172K New Oil Housing Gasket and VANOS oil pipe 172K New Duralast Gold Battery 179K New Upper and Lower Intake Hoses 180K New Alternator 182K New PS Pump, Pully, Belt 185K Rebuilt DISA with German Auto Solutions Kit 192K New Bilstein rear sport shocks (purchased to simulate a near-stock ZSP ride) 192K New Rogue Engineering Rear Shock Mounts 192K New Throttle Body 192K _____________________________ The GOOD: -Extensive maintenance with OEM parts -Newer transmission and clutch -Oil changed every 3-5k miles (engine is very clean under valve cover) -Overall body Paint is very good (other than front hood/ bumper); Car is waxed 3 times a year -Interior Leather is in good condition -Tires have good Tread The BAD: -Check Engine Light is on because of Headers (Never got around to getting software or 02 non-foulers) -Seems to be an exhaust Leak from the Headers -Paint on front bumper and front of hood is in poor condition -Tint isn't perfect on rear window -M3 steering wheel has lots of wear (as does shift knob) -Noise coming from front brakes (probably needs new front pads) -Airbag light is on (But this may be due to the recent BMW recall-- will be taking it into a dealer to be resolved) ___________________________________ Bottom Line: A very rare Manual, ZSP, rear-wheel drive BMW Wagon that's been extensively maintained and has been upgraded with "aggressively stock" parts. And at an unbeatable price. E46 Fanatics post with Pics: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthr...5#post16244055 You can contact me here via PM, or e-mail me at Wight.Phil AT Gmail
