My wife wants to sell her 2010 335d. She's looking for something bigger that can hold a full Costco run.

Car was purchased new Nov, 2009. Options include:
Space gray metallic paint
Cold weather package
Premium package
Comfort access
iPod and USB adapter
Navigation system

She takes extremely good care of the car. Always garaged, all maintanence and service at the dealership, won't park near other cars for fear of getting a door ding.

Has had a mix of city and highway driving (she works in town but we take the 335d for all our regular trips to Boston).

Odometer reads approx 45,XXX miles (she's at work with the car, so I can't get the actual number -- it will change as this is her daily driver).

We have all service records plus original window sticker.

BMW Platinum Extended Vehicle Protection plan purchased 10/ 2013. Purchase price $2980. Expires 11/5/2016 (70,000 miles). Plan is transferable.

Edmunds values the car at $24,330 (private party). KBB says $24.526.
Autotrader search for 2010 335d under 60,000 miles gave prices from 35,000 to 19,750. Average was $26,529.

I'm not going to post a ridiculous price and negotiate down to a reasonable one. We would be willing to leave a little money on the table to have a good and hassle-free sale.
I think that the car without the warranty is worth about $24K. Warranty adds another 1.5K. Therefore, $25,500 should be a fair price.
