Stopped at the first red light, he really wanted to race me, I couldn't see what kind of a merc it was since we were side by side, but I sure did kill it to the next red light. Anyways at the next light he pulled in front of me a little bit, that's when I started to laugh a little bit. I don't know if he did it for the laughs or just trying to be cool. Just thought I'd share, also I know this isn't the place to share street race story's, so I'm sorry.

Oh, and I'm driving a 428i coupe

I also don't really follow Mercedes so I don't know what models line up with what so if anyone knows if this series of a Mercedes is suppose to be better than mine, I guess I beat it.

CLA looks cool but I think it's front wheel drive and almost everybody's entry level engine pales to the N20/N26 engine although in this situation, the M badging grants the car +10 hp automatically. That CLA45 AMG hp output per liter tho.

CLA's IMO look great, though that rear 3/4 view is definitely the bad side lol. I was seriously considering a 250 4MATIC.... until I test drove an M-Sport F30

I drove the CLA recently and it's horrible. The transmission on this car is one of the worst I have ever experienced. My Mazda 3 is a far better car than the CLA in terms of ride quality IMO.
Maybe I need to get the M badge for it

Yeah, it gives DCT a bad name...slow upshifts, non-responsive downshifts, jerky. They would've been better off offering a CVT. At least people know beforehand that kind of tranny sucks ass.

Some guy at work has one of these and feels it entitles him to park in the Visitor's lot...a big no-no. I took a peek inside. Where's the gear shift on this thing?! Does it drop down into a compartment or something?

Took me sometime to find the gear shift...its to the right side of the steering wheel where we have our wiper controls. The weirdest gear shifter ever btw. The worst part one of my family members bought it so had to be nice and say it was a nice car

You are too nice. I would have told them how ugly it is. My friend had an X6 (has an M3 coming this week) and his wife has a 5GT. I always give him a hard time about how ugly those are and how floaty the 5er is. It has been all compliments on the M3.
