BMW plant coming to Mexico
I would hope this can drop us NA (Canada folks too) delivers down substantially once finished..thoughts??

Nope. Won't happen. Sorry. Destination charges are averaged across the line. X models from South Carolina have the same destination charge as 3ers from South Africa.

Although BMW hasn't announced anything, I think it likely that BMW will center 1-series (FWD) production at the Mexico plant. Look what they've done in SC, Leipzig and other "satellite" plants...
Time will tell. |
