I am looking for a 2009-2010 E90 328i sedan. Must be Automatic trans, must have heated front seats. Navigation is not required. Mileage under 70K miles.

I am in NYC, but will travel anywhere for the right car.

Budget will depend on the car, condition, options etc.

Unfortunately it has to be an automatic. Wifey doesn't want to drive manual to work in traffic.

Dealers have plenty of 2011's lease returns. With special financing you may wind up with the same payment as an older one. I bought one a year ago in perfect condition with 17k and 2 yrs of factory warranty before the CPO warranty kicks in. Look for one delivered late 2011.

We are not financing the car. There is about a $2000-3000 difference in 2010 and 2011. However, I think that in a year or two when F30s will be coming off first leases, price of 09/10 and 11 will be almost the same on the used market. Same thing right now with 2009s and 2010s... they have about $1000 at most difference in price.
