Sale on white 328d F30s?

Over the last two weeks, two of my neighbors got a white 328d. One appears to be a luxury line and the other a no-line. I thought it was humorous that the second to get one didn't get a different color. Though white is what I see most on the road.

Perhaps. The 328d is among the 'new car specials' at the local dealer (others include the 528d, the AH3 that's been on the lot for six months and four 750i's).
