Today I Learned ..
that if I have the triple turn signal enabled and when I use the turn signal in one direction, I can push it to the same direction again to stop the signal. I always thought I should push in the opposite direction to stop a turn signal.
I think I can get used to this nifty trick. Please post if you have any such tips to do things efficiently. |

Tried the same routine with our car and it doesn't seem to work the same. In fact, it doesn't work. OMG, I may have to read the manual...... |

Yeah, I find this easier than moving the stick in the opposite direction and triggering the other signal inadvertently. I read the manual .... this feature is not documented in the manual |

When I was test driving the F30, I accidentally hit the (triple) turn signal stalk many times. It was highly annoying, and then I learned you can cancel it out by indicating (triple turn) the other direction. Took some driving time to get used to it, but all is well.

...that waiting for my new car to come in on the boat is a very long painful wait.

I only get it to turn off the signal if I use it past resistance (not the triple signal) and then tap the opposite direction to turn it off... I'm so tempted to go full "Californian BMW douche" status and just not use turn signals. Ever.

Today I learned BMW has a remote app which allows you to lock and unlock the car, but too bad it doesn't have the climate control functionality. I guess it only has it with i models.
