Noisy Wiper on intermittent / auto

Notice the passenger wiper blade on my 2014 335i is a bit noisy in light rain.

In a light rain, the blade returns fully to its rest setting and when it starts a new swipe there is a bit of noise as the blade starts it's swipe. It's only noticeable momentarily as the blade starts each new swipe when the wipers are working intermittently, but is irritating. In a hard rain with the wipers operating a high speed, all seems fine.

I have not used a windshield product like RainX to see if that would resolve or tried a new wiper blade.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

clean the blades, if it still persists you could get new blades under warranty I suppose.

Don't forget to follow the manual when lifting the wipers!

For you - most of us wouldn't have thought to warn him of the potential disaster of NOT following directions.

Thanks all for the advice. Think I'll ask the dealer to check and replace when it goes in in August. Suspect it's the wiper blade as suggested.
