Thanks

Driving around new jersey with my 328i xdrive with around the same that you do, I'm getting anywhere from 28-30mpg on a tank.

Depends on how much you use Eco Pro and the A/C. The best number I had in a tank was 34 and the worst was 28ish. I usually average around 32 mpg with 65% highway / 35% city driving.

I get about 25mpg with my 328 xdrive on the streets and "highways" of Portland. Portland highways don't really count as highway driving. I imagine a 428 will do about the same in similar conditions. I've taken few trips to Seattle and averaged around 35 cruising at 70-ish.

13' 328 x-drive and I average about 24-25 mpg. About 70/30 highway mix.

I get about 27-29mpg in heavy NYC area traffic (60 highway/40 city) in my RWD 428i.

Rear drive 328i - about 20-22 MPG city.

I live in a congested area though with about 25 stop lights on my commute that's only about 6 miles which takes 20 mins. Also I have to cross through 2 school zones. So... yeah, there's that.
