So after ordering the car 9 months ago , i finally got the car 2 weeks ago and my last beemer being an E46 over 5 years ago , this car is something else to drive.So its a 320d individual in Tanzanite Blue with Marino Opal White interior.Mods so far has been changing the 17" alloys for 18" Sport line ones and changing the side sills to the M Sport sills.

Why 9 months? did you know 9 months when you ordered? do you know if it was the interior or exterior that caused the delay?

I have been waiting 3 months for a 428 with individual leather (including dash) - and they are promising July delivery - I am hoping they deliver. If I had to wait 5 more months, waiting to see what the new Audi A5 may be like may have been an option.

I wouldn't be afraid by the leather... I had beige Dakota for 5 years and it looked way better than the black ones after all these years.

Thanks to all the nice comments.

The delay was mainly from the dealer who was not pushing BMW Germany for the car to be finalised and shipped , to my knowledge from what i personally found out the car was ready early January , but was only released for shipping end of April after constant pressure from my side.But just glad that it finally arrived safe and sound.

And trust me the last nine months have kinda made me realise what women go through, the sleepless nights and different thoughts going through your head.

As for the light interior it is getting so many comments about the upkeep and how good it looks with the Tanzanite Blue exterior, but luckily i'm a clean freak and so all my friend agree that this combo would only work for me and its not for everyone.

But even with all that, it is an interior that requires attention but i think its worth the effort for the smile it brings every time you get in to the car .

LOL. It is my baby thats for sure after the long wait.

Yes i agree with you on the leather i have another car with Beige leather interior and it looks just as new after 3 years now, the only thing with the white is that it requires a good cleaning routine to keep it looking prestine.
