time to wait to wash after repaint?

tried to search for a similar post but could not find it. i had the rear side panel repainted a few weeks ago - anyone know now long i should wait to wash my car. the body shop said no power wash for 90 days.

Its okay to wash it as well as power wash it. Just dont spray it 1 inch away from the vehicle.
