Totaled? Or no

Well i've been a proud owner of my 08 M3 for almost 3 years now

I recently just got a 2011 Subaru Sti Sedan. 3 weeks later....

I just really hope they total it because this car would be a POS to drive after being repaired.

Taxi driver did a U-turn without looking around a blind corner.

I would think totaled, I had a similar accident in a 08 TL-S with less damage than yours but enough to bend the frame. They totaled it...

You're looking at an engine, suspension, steering components, every body panel in front of the doors, and a shit-ton of frame damage. No worries, it'll be totaled. Sucks having to go through that though, best of luck!

Thank you guys, everyone is doing well. It just annoys me right now because we have the collision center pushing every button with the adjuster saying its repairable.

That's an excellent examples of crumple zones at work... did anyone else find it ironic that the side of the taxi says "Medicar"? It's good you came out ok.

How did you like the STi? I may look at a 2011 WRX (non-STi) whenever I get back to the States.

i have an M3 and a Sti.

I love my STI as you can see im sad to look at her this way. This sti is a really great car, it's my DD now, well not anymore. The wrx is just a street-oriented car as the STI is more track ready but the WRX is a bargain if you ask me

In the process of looking for another one. They stop production of the 2011's also my STi was a limited w/ navi. The sunroof is one my favorite options in that car

Devj, i've looked into the EVO x, i just don't like how they sound, and in 5 sp is a major turn off to drive in the highway, and the MR is just a no no.The ride is also very stiff and no DD friendly
