Mine doesn't behave the same way as in the video - fully extending the belt doesn't do anything! Maybe an EU vs US thing?

I wouldn't say mine works fine... I don't have any ratchet if fully extended.

Fully extending does nothing, it retracts the same if it's half extended or fully extended??
