Changing ATF oil for x2 m35i

BMW said our cars ATF oil is lifetime but we all know it's all crap. Now my car is x2 m35i with Aisin gearbox. The thing is I am getting 2 different ways of doing it from 2 different BMW experts

Expert 1
1. My car doesnt require the ATF filter change.
2. No oil sump and or bolts to change as well.

Expert 2
The exact opposite.

Anyone has actually done this? Care to share your experience?

I'm nearing 50k miles and want to do something this summer - what have other owners done?
Just oil? Is there a drain plug?
It looks like the "pan" is vertically oriented

Hi,
Aisin box requires Aisin WS or toyota WS fluid

No access to filter, drain and refill only (about 4-5 litres)

Drain plug on lower (double hex, one for level, one for drain)

Fill on top, need to remove airbox

About to do mine in Summer, I'm now on 52,000 miles (about right)
