Unhappy Is she totaled? X2 201

Got into a wreck yesterday.....everyone was safe, thank god <3

Driving Northbound on 95, a lady lost control of her car in the express lane....split the median/divider going east/horizontal and t-boned me while i'm going northbound two lanes away.

It's at the shop now, i owe about 19K, hoping they deem it totaled so I can continue to own a clean car fax anyone agree? I owe about 18k, so thinking I should get enough for a down payment on another car as it seems the average price on my car is about 30K (30k miles).

Both side curtain airbags deployed, appears that both driver-side, front + back wheels/suspensions are bent. Car looks slanted, but not sure if that means frame is bent. Thanks for any advice, Happy 4th. First accident and kinda eating me up over the weekend.

car did what it was supposed to do, keep you safe. As for totaled, hard to tell. depends on if there is frame, axle etc. damage. Good luck

Sorry to hear that. We had one of our cars totaled by someone else last summer & got the short end of the stick getting into a replacement car. We'd have rather had our wrecked car fixed but no dice. I suppose a lot depends on the market in your local area but in ours it was, & still is, BRUTAL.

Good luck / glad everyone was safe.
