US mill works has one. I didn't bother this time, because the dealer already drilled my bumper.
Had a tough time removing it for lease turn in though. You tighten the license plate bracket to the tow hook piece, so you can then tighten the tow hook piece. When removing the setup, the frame wouldn't grip the tow hook section leading me to tighten and strip the allen key bolts, but it still did not grip. A flat section on tow hook piece would have been great. Anyway, I had to use channel locks to get a grip and remove the tow hook piece (no rust) section, also I had to use witchcraft to remove the stripped allen key bolts. In other words if its permanent its fine, never moved in three years.
