rear guibo disk DIY?

Hi there, the dealer notified me by video that my rear guibo disk is cracked and worn on my 2016 X1. Can anyone provide a guide/youtube or otherwise, or a break down of this type of job and its ease? I am a pretty experienced mechanic, but I want to know if it is worth me doing versus $1213 at the dealer. I can definitely tell it is going bad. I thought it was the transmission mount tho. It clunks when putting it into reverse most of the time.

IMHO any local shop can do the job. If you have access to a lift you might even do the job yourself.

I had similar symptoms and in my case replacing the lower engine mount fixed it.

Yes, but bmw showed me a video that shows a very obvious crack in it.
