BMW UK claims grey is the only available colour. There is also only one part number on RealOEM (51127403396), so I'm inclined to think the Turner Motorsport photo is either of a non-OEM part or is not actually 51127403396.

Got a quote for £300+VAT to wrap it in black and they won't be able to colour-match it with the rest of the black bumper. So... Not happening.
