Voice navigation

Once I ask for a route by voice the reply was something like ' searching for a route to…….'
But nothing happened thereafter!!
Should I then select and press the 'start navigation' option - or how does this work please? 2018 X1.
John - old and easily confused.

The sheet I attached includes the allowable voice commands for the navigation mode. I thought it may give you a clue as to what command(s) you should be using.

If you're using a mobile, try using a laptop.
