I've never understood the appeal of it. Watching a bunch of overpaid guys play a game. Then you have the hardcore fans which are even harder to understand. I don't really follow the NFL anymore, in recent years I have lost interest. The games take too long, they over analyze every play, include politics, etc.

I will say two things about this year's Superbowl:

1. It was a very entertaining and competitive game, especially towards the end.

2. It was pretty hilarious at work today watching all the Tom Brady worshipers cry.

Have been having a little fun w/ all those who predicted a massive Patriots blow out. And for the last decade or so my favorite team has been whoever was playing against NE (and the Bills, of course), so really nice to see the Eagles take them down.
