That is not another entry, it is same entry. HMI_39_39_128 is carplay_fullscreen in its unmapped form (i.e. not mapped by E-Sys Launcher).

I have 2019 X1 which does not have Apple Car Play in-built. I have the Europe Way map version.

Infact I am unable to even access Connected Drive on my car. I keep getting the message "BMW connectedDrive store is no longer available in this vehicle".

1. Is it possible to still install Apple Car Play in my car?

2. I know this particular question might not belong in the thread, but any tips on how to fix the connectedDrive issue?

The dealer I purchased this car from had imported this car from Spain to Luxembourg.

Could it be that connected drive does not work if you change the country?

You can keep the original screen but you’ll need voltage converter betweeen Screen and Headunit.

I’m new at forum. Had lots of investigation related my car carplay retrofit. None of the official bmw services provided enough information.
My 2019 x1 (VIN code 5P60978-roadmap Turkey way 2020-1) has navi plus w/o bmw connect service(due to regional issues…)
I will appreciate if you could guide me for carplay application for my car.
