Past couple of days there's a lot of creaking noise coming from the doors, I guess it's from the door seals. Any fix?

You could also try a silicone lubricant spray, which is relatively inexpensive, should be easily obtainable and doesn't cause rubber seals to deteriorate.
Don't use standard aerosol spray lubricant such as 'ordinary' WD40, though they do make a silicone version, which is clearly indicated on the spray can.
I suppose what you may be able to obtain will depend on your global location, but that isn't at all clear on your adi555 info showing your location as 'Mum' - Mumbai, India?

This is the best door seal lubricant. And it's lasting for a long time.

Does this indicate a lack of rigidity in the body shell? My E90 335i also had these noises (which I silenced with an annual use of Gummi Pflege).

However, non BMW cars I've had, even SUVs, never had these door rubber noises, as the doors just didn't move in relation to the body when they were closed...

Exactly! None of my other cars ever had this problem. Is this something serious? Should I get in touch with BMW workshop? Change of rubber seal advised?

Yes. Before you attempt to fix anything yourself whilst the car is within warranty its always best to visit the dealer and let them hear the noise and hopefully sort it for you. Not worth spending your own cash if it's covered, as it should be because it isn't a 'wear' item.

I had this issue on my previous 1 series. The dealer fixed within warranty by applying a thin invisible tape in each door where the rubber seals touch the body of the car (they also replaced all the rubbers).

They'll probably just lubricate it with Gummi Pflege, but anyway best for them to look at it in case anything else is causing it.

Ok so I bought Gummi Pflege and while applying the nozzle accidentally came out and some of the liquid spilled on the door paint. I wiped the excess with wet cloth. Is this going to damage the paint?

It should be fine. As long as you wiped it off. I remember the sponge tip fell off my bottle, so I just squeezed some onto a cloth and then wiped that onto the rubber.

Depending on your climate, and whether your car is parked outside a lot, you may need to reapply every 6 months.
