Hi,
I have a 2018 X1 with the small screen and no nav. I already know that the head unit is not compatible with apple CarPlay (or at least the dealer says it’s not). I’d really like to add this functionality and have been doing some googling. It shows as working only with EVO Head Unit. You have ENTRYNAV2 Head Unit. I doubt it will work, but you should ask seller to confirm ENTRYNAV2 Compatability.

As I mentioned in your earlier request, do NOT rely on your dealer to tell you if your HU is compatible, most haven’t got a clue. Stating in this thread that your HU is not compatible leaves others assuming you know this as a fact. Also I already told you that you have an Entrynav 2 HU and the Amazon listing is for an NBT evo HU. If you ask and provide your VIN number some helpful members of this forum will be able to check if your HU can be Carplay enabled or not.

Good morning,

I have a 2020 BMW x1 with original CarPlay. I would like to have it full screen, I tried to do it through BimmerCode but I only managed to stretch CarPlay over the entire screen but it doesn't look aesthetically because the resolution is low. After entering the navigation to check what version I have, it displays:
EUROPE
BMW Group
101011952.1.00
Road Map EUROPE Way 2020-2
N1943B1R

Can somebody help me? Any idea?
