I could go on a rant about the poop-in-a-box test company plastering their return shipping packaging with their advertising branding, so the patient gets all kinds of disgusting looks at the UPS counter when they ship their, um, sample back. My DW (who handles sewage treatment plant test samples daily for her job) thankfully offered to handle the return shipping, and got a chuckle out of the counter person's reaction.....
