Anyone running 245/40R19 on stock wheels?

I'm considering new tires and would like to go to 245/40R19 on the stock 19 inch wheels. I haven't found any threads here indicating that anyone has actually done this. Seems like they would fit, but I'd like to get some feedback from someone who is running this setup.
