Anyone with after market wheels yet?

I'm about to purchase some wheels and I have an idea about what specs to use, but I was curious if anyone has done this already?

I know the German AC Schitzner car is running after market 21" wheels. That's all I can find at this time.

I haven't changed mine, but thinking to do that soon as well.
Still browsing around for the perfect style and fitment.
I have measured mine, and seems like the front fitment will be pretty tight (without rubbing).
I reckon front will be fine with 20x9, probably 21x8.5.
However, there are plenty of space on the rear. I am pretty sure I can fit 20x10 on the rear easily without poking too much.

I had a discussion with the pros over at 1010 Tire and they said that you can go anywhere from 8.5 to 9.5 in the front and 10 in the back.

Anyone thinking of going with light weight 19s and wider tires? I'm contemplating 255/40/19s on 8.5 width tires..wonder how much that would affect mileage..

I’ve decided on the wheels for mine. Probably going 20x10 and 20x9, but it’s AWD, so we will have to make sure the tires are the exact same circumference.

I can’t wait to see someone do some 295/35/19 in back and maybe a 235/45/19 in front... both really really close to same overall diameter as stock and still retain a little sidewall for bumps. Unfortunately I’m broke now. Lol.

20s look so good on it though. I’m running the stock M 20s and they’re awesome. I just want something a little different.

I completely agree with you c-m.. my only two must haves were the black dakota m-sport seats and the 20” wheels. I ended up with a bunch more options as I got such a great deal and avoided ordering a custom build. I’d just love to see one with a staggered setup like the big boy X5’s with sport package

I've been thinking about it ever since a pothole took out one of the $305 tires on my X2. F run-flats and Pirelli too...

TireRack has some excellent looking 19 inch wheels available. I picked out a couple of styles and when its time to replace my full set I'll make my mind up. I'll probably stick some S-04 tires on there to finish it. They're inexpensive and stick like glue especially in hot weather. Quieter too. The stock Pirellis are bus ride loud.
