Lane departure and other driving asistance retrofiting?

I am brand new owner of older F48 18D xdrive with m packet and car is equipped with road signs reading and safety braking. So front camera and kafas should be already in the car. Is there a way how to add at least lane assistant? I was searching through TIS and it looks like driving assistance is without any special control units. I know that lane assistant need vibro in the steering wheel and dynamic acc need buttons on steering wheel.
