The UK pdf price list I downloaded earlier in the week only offers HK with a pack that includes the high back race seats I’d prefer the standard seats.

Only problem is, at least here in the states, the high backs are the only option for leather seats. I tried to tell myself that was ok but I
just can’t bring myself to do it after hearing how comfortable the leather ones are in all the reviews. I have money down on one coming in with sensatec, but now I know I can’t do it so it looks like I’ll have to order one.

Oh wow. It looks like our builds are similar. I ordered a Mineral Gray with 19s, Premium, M Sport Seats, and DCC.

As part of its cost-cutting strategy, BMW will gradually remove the least profitable models from the line. So, the X2 crossover, the Z4 roadster and the hatchback of the sixth GT series will not continue, writes Automobile.

Garage List
I seriously doubt they are discontinuing a car they just released, and one that’s only 2 years old. 640 gt, totally understand.

A link to the actual article would have been helpful rather than just spreading FUD.

Thanks for posting the actual article. It merely states the X2 is "said to live on borrowed time", as opposed to stating that is definitely on the chopping block. Based on the article's suggestion that sub-$40K are the problem for BMW - would be interesting to see if they try to push this model more upmarket. With compact luxury crossovers being such a hot segment, I would think BMW will invest a fair amount of time thinking what to do about the X1/X2 series.

Especially with the Urban X coming out next year, that will be their smallest SAV yet.

I have to contact the dealer or BMW Uk for an update on my X1 ( Should be in transit now), when I asked if I could track it BMW help-desk said that I couldn't as it was confidential info.

Enjoy when you reach handover.

Final leg of my X2's journey - its en route to the port in NJ scheduled to arrive tomorrow!

Noticed on the BMW site today that they updated the Build Your Own section and you can now build a 2020 X2
