So I leased a 2018 X1 that has had numerous brake issues with noise and extreme vibrations. I brought it to the same dealer that sanded the rotors and replaced the pads but the issue still remained. I was told there was no issue so I opened a case with bmw customer service. They denied my claim and were dicks about it. I decided to take it to a new dealership and now they are telling me the ball bearings are broken and need to be replaced. I leased this car so I wouldn’t have issues like this and the car only has 3k miles on it. I have called customer service and they blow me off every time.

What would you guys do next ? Any advice ?

Look into the lemon law of your area.

Not sure what leasing has to do with it - if you'd bought it you'd still be in the same boat, wouldn't you? If I felt like I didn't trust the dealer I'd take it to an independent shop that specializes in BMWs or at least European cars, and get another opinion. Worst case, they confirm what the dealer told you and are less expensive to do tbe work (assuming you're being asked to pay and that's why you're calling customer service).

Bad bearings in 3000 miles? Wow! Can't imagine BMW's quality is that bad. I think at this point, you need to get the bearings fixed at the other dealer. You should have the lemon law brochure if state of NY has it.
