AC Schnitzer has released its first parts for the BMW X2, consisting of the M-Technik front splitter, roof spoiler, triangular pieces for the front air intakes, and exhaust tailpipes. ACS springs also drop the X2 by 0.78" front and 1.37" in rear. The wheels seen here are the AC1 alloy wheels.

If a lifted hatchback is an suv, is a dropped lifted hatchback suv now just a hatchback?

In my opinion the only new design BMW that has a proportional kidney grill and head lights.

Guess they reduce an unoticable amount of drag. Mostly probably aesthetic reasons. Pointless

They serve the exact same purpose the front lip and wing on the back of your car.

Pick one:

- It's there for aesthetic reasons
- Pointless

Can't have both. Cheers

AC Schnitzer is known lately for jacking up BMW's or to put bluntly, just ruining them.

But with this doesn't look that much more removed from stock, which for them isn't bad but then what are you paying for?

A waste of resources to aesthetically improve a FWD MINI masquerading as a BMW SAV. Completely failed.

And that driver side shot is it's best angle by far.

I've never been fond of AC Schnitzer parts, such as what they offered for my E46 M3. I find their look too busy. This is no different.

I don't disagree with the look of AC Schnitzer add-ons, but your remark about the Mini is such a tired argument. Platform sharing doesn't mean a Porsche Cayanne is a Volkswagen Tuareg or a Lamborghini Huracan is an Audi R8 any more than it means a BMW X1/X2 is a Mini. Platform sharing is the new normal. Get over it, FFS.

The X2 28i is AWD as well...

He was referring to the front wheel drive base of the car, as a shift in direction for BMW. He's a "purist" (focus on quotes) because all BMWs should be RWD. But that ship has long sailed, the X7 is here to prove BMW is not a sports coupe company. It's a car company, and the portfolio is much more varied today

here is nothing to get over. It's not tired, it's an ugly truth. It's a MINI plain and simple underneath all of the ridiculous badges. FFS get over it.
