I really like it; seems like a toned-down E60. Also, this is how to do big grilles! Not a huge fan of the sloping hatch-like rear though....

I think it looks pretty good, agreed about the grill. There are ways to increase frontal airflow without going the route of the M3/M4.

Plug-in hybrid maybe? Electric only seems a little soon for the M5, but who knows.

Agree, I see a lot of E60 vibes - especially in the front end. Absolutely LOVED my E60, this new 5er is shaping up to be a winner too.

That is god awful....

The side-view reminds me of a Panamera. It's fine, but it is a copy.
The rear-end looks like the boy racer 2-series.
The front end is incredibly uninspiring.... thankfully the grilles are normal sized, but this time they designed to butcher the headlights, bumper, & hood. Not to mention, why is there a football field of height between the front jacking point and the start of the A-pillar?

Hey, atleast this prepares me for the actual leak, which *might* look marginally better
