I know exactly how you feel! LOL I've been keeping myself busy with home improvement projects in order to distract me.

BTW, mine moved to "Production Begins" today.

How's your order coming along?
Mine is on the 'Themis' and about to cross the Atlantic - expect I should be in it by end of next week!

That's great news! I don't even know which ship mine is on. All I know from the BMW site is that it's 'In transit'.

How did you find out about the ship?

Usually within a couple days of being loaded on to a ship, your dealer should have the updated info in their tracking; my sales adviser sent me the screenshot which shows the shipper and vessel name - you can then go to marinetraffic.com and follow the ships progress in real-time.
As of today - the Themis is just clearing the English Channel and on its way to the east coast with a brief stop in Halifax NS before going to the port in NJ!

Congrats!!! I'm getting excited for you! I'm on the West Coast, so I'll most likely get mine a few weeks after you get yours. Thanks for sharing the steps on getting vessel info.

My X2 was unloaded off the ship yesterday at Port in NJ - so just a short drive from NJ to Boston. But my dealer says the system is showing shipping on the 9th - so its going to sit around for a week? Seems odd - most of what I have been reading online is that cars usually go out pretty quickly once they arrive at port - anyone else have any recent experience for comparison?

Mine took forever to get from Jax to Atlanta. They probably wait until a full hauler.

even though mine was dealer trade, it was located at the port and took about a week to get to my dealer. this is probably the hardest waiting time.

Off topic but any one doing the M track days at Monticello? I am going Thursday Sept 26 morning session. My first time ever on a track

Is your X2 still scheduled to ship today?

The status of mine on the BMW tracking site went back to "At port" from "In transit", so I'm assuming it's at a West Coast port now.

Thats what happened on mine - it reverted to "at port", then back to "in transit" once it was loaded on to a truck.

Got mine yesterday and loving it - will post a separate thread so check it out!

Looks great. My sister ordered hers last week and I was surprised that she could get really good discount on 2020 orders.
