Our F48 (2016) with professional navigation and Harman Kardon audio, has a weird problem.

When streaming Bluetooth audio, the quality is fine. Also radio audio-quality is fine, but when I'm calling (tried various iPhones) there is a lot of white noise in the background and I have to put the volume (both speaker and microphone) to the max to hear the other (due to the quality). Also; during the calls I sometimes hear a loud bang (like someone is tapping on a microphone to test it's working). It's completely random and I don't have the idea I can do something to trigger this.

This is a problem since I got the car. I already went to the dealer, they did a full reset, I've upgraded the bluetooth / media to the latest version (with a USB-stick), but nothing helps.
