Rusted part in engine bay N26

Hi guys,

So i got a 2015 N26 328xi, i opened the engine bay the other day and noticed that a part on the passenger side with rust all over it. From what i can tell, everything around it looked ok, anyways here is a picture for reference.

That is your driveshaft.

Probably the type of metal used and heat. I haven't looked at mine, but it looks normal to me given the entire piece is rusted and not a single bolt.

That is normal. I've reported this to my SA for my 2016 340i.
