Where do I purchase them from, how hard is it to install yourself I notice on the photos you guys had every single nut and bolt lined up where they are suppose to be.

You're in Tennessee and can just order it from your local BMW dealership. I partially answered the 2nd part of your question in this thread. Scroll back to previous page, post #55.
