I dunno about lease deals, but I bought mine for just about the total of your lease payments over the 36 months. It was a tick over 4 years old with 64k miles but in great shape. Really hasn't cost me much other than an oil change and new brakes over the past year and 11k miles.

Just picked up a 21 as well but it was purchased so a different deal.
It’s hard to say without knowing your money factor and residual value but based on what you shared it sounds like a good deal given the times. Under $500 with 0 down and 12k miles, I’d be happy with that…and it’s a great car! |

Sounds like an excellent deal. You could actually spend more on a Honda CRV black edition and the interior doesn't come close to that of a Bimmer or the ride for that matter. I have 19" Niche Aftermarket wheels with wider tires and upgraded custom software plus a few cool aftermarket bits including a bin under arm rest that looks stock. A BMW mirror with a garage remote and compass and a Pioneer sound system (Powered Sub and Tweeters). Came with tinted windows all around.
