Tire pressure X1 2019

Hello everyone what is the tire pressure of your X1, on delivery they were 3.2 bar all around.There is a sticker in the door and it says 3 people around 2.2 and with 5 people around 2.4 bar. (225/50 R18 99W)best regards,Willem

X1 2020 18d steptronic sdrive. 2.3 bar at rear tyres, 2.7 at front tyres.
Tyres size are 225/50 R18, Michelin Primacy 4.

3.2 bar looks way too much for me. Could make sense for drifting maybe LOL

Giuseppean,

Thanks for your comment, it is an X1 Sdrive 20I with the same tire size.
Contact with the dealer, the tires were pumped hard in case the car would stand still for a long time in the showroom.
One had forgotten to lower the pressure with delivery to the correct tire pressure.

That's what I suspected, indeed. Good thing you notice that. I think if you lower the pressure of at least 0.5bar is better for confort, braking and handling.
Anyway, be shure that your government doesn't start a quarantine like in Italy too. In that case maybe better you keep that pressure. I'm in Italy and my X1 is in the garage (with my e36 aswell) since more than 1 month.
