2018 BMW X1 with Executive package

I have the executive package with the bigger screen and the upgraded stereo but not the H/K stereo. Aren't these systems supposed to playback videos from the in dash unit, USB or Android Smartphone with the vehicle in park?

It depends on the road laws in your market, so you might want to preface your qn with that reference
