Got my new X1!!!!
Took delivery on Friday - well happy
F48 in Med blue xLine. Slightly more refined than my Mini it replaces! One question for you all - have you noticed that the dash and door materials inside mark easily? I have a couple of marks/scuffs on the top on the dash where I brushed some dust off with a cloth arm of my jumper. Not heavily mind you and its left a mark/scuff. I would imagine that the material could scuff quite badly if pressure with the wrong material was applied! |

Congrats. Post a couple of photos when you get a chance.
I'm assuming you're asking about the soft touch parts, not the trims or the lower hard plastic parts. Halfords, Amazon, eBay, etc. sell all sorts of wipes and shine sprays for soft and hard plastics. Turtle Wax seems to be one of the more popular brands. I can't personally recommend any specific brands because I never really had to use any of them. A simple microfibre cloth is more than enough IMO. One thing I can recommend, ignore ALL online reviews on Halfords. They remove negative ones. Check Amazon if you want unfiltered customer feedback. |

Congratulations. Look forward to seeing some pics.
I use the BMW interior cleaner on a microfiber cloth and it takes care of any marks or scuffs particularly at the bottom of the door bins, without leaving any kind of false looking shine. |
