Speed Limit & Road Sign information

Does the Sat Nav have the ability to warn of speed cameras? Can camera location POIs be imported into it? Thanks.

I have tried internet forums, dealer and BMW UK to see if this could be done but kept drawing a blank. I gave up and have now got a Mio Mivue dash cam with speed camera alerts. It seems a shame it can't all be incorporated into the car as an option but I'm sure it's only a matter of time.
