Hello dear BMW owners.
I brought in my X1 F48 2019 for a repair of my rear bumper a month ago but noticed afterwards that the locking sound the car makes is now whisper quiet when you press the key.
Previously it would make a loud click that you can hear from 10m away but now I have to turn around to watch the lights flash to know that the car has actually locked.
My question:

A) is this a new feature or
B) is this a fault or
C) am I crazy
