Unable to DM

Dear Bimmerpost Mods / Jason,

Years ago I believe I was banned from DMing as I was selling some items that I was making without paying the vendor fee (which mind you I was unaware was an issue since I wasn't exactly a company). I believe it's almost been 7 years since this happened. I think I learned my lesson...

Regardless not being able to DM recently almost led to being scammed on the classifieds so I would really appreciate my ability to DM back.

PS - If this isn't where this belongs, please share with me where I should go as I looked high and low for some sort of appeal area.
