The BMW configurator is very flakey at the moment, just showing 6 petrol models. I can't understand why BMW can't get their act together on this?

Yeah just spoken to their live chat now and he's confirmed it's a problem with the website, and he said not to worry about it, they're working on fixing it.

He said this:

Scott there is a glitch with the website at the moment and are aware of this, BMW are trying to fix this problem as we speak. Sorry for the inconvenience Scott, were not too sure how long the problem will take to solve. In the meantime if you would like to pop down to your local BMW Centre who are able to help you build your BMW X1.

And then I said, so it's ok to place my order on LEX website? And he said yes you can place your order and everything will be fine.

So looks to be all sorted then, going to place my order tonight for "BMW X1 sdrive 18D Xline", can't wait for it to come but takes around 16-18 weeks! So till hoping for end of march.

Unlike my previous RWD F20 which definitely DID get stuck.

Here is my winter setup. The rims are 18X8 MSW 48 with 225/50R-18 Micheling X-Ice XI3 XL tires. I paid $1,962 USD for everything, delivery to Canada included. Everything arrived installation-ready in under one week and the only addition after putting them on were the BMW stickers.

My 20i sdrive after a 5 hours drive during winter conditions.

The led headlights and fogg lights are not generating enough heat to keep them snow free.

Alhough these kind of conditions are rare where i live, i can imagine others will have more problems.
Temperature was just below 0 degrees Celsius.
