I have dual zone climate control, ant i think my heater has been changed before, could someone tell me what is the right part number of the heater box, part number lable is near cabin filter..

9383118 single zone like mine, or 9383117 dual zone

According to realOEM, if your car has option S534A (you can check your build sheet on Mdecoder.com with your VIN) you will need the dual-zone heater box. As you said you have dual-zone climate control that means you have S534A so it should be the dual zone heater box. Seems like whoever replaced it on your car previously might have used the wrong part number.

saphirschwarz.f48 the difference between these boxes is additional electric heater(9383118 like mine there is with additional electric heater) i dont know why they named it single zone, because there is two air mixing flaps, for left and right side. 9383117 dont have electric heater, mostly diesel cars have additional electric heaters. If your f48 is diesel you can check your heater box it shoul be named single zone, you can check that.
