Approaching 5 years of M35 ownership.

What maintenance service/items should I expect this year? Care to share what you've done and roughly how much they cost?
Muchas gracais!

2019 BMW X2 M35  [9.50]
I have done brakes and oil. fronts I snuck in under my maintenance plan, rears I did a end of December for approximately 600. 23,300 miles on the car and I have done tires around 18,000 miles. all work done at dealership. It works for me to use them and not an independent shop. The tires they matched Tire rack pricing. Oil is annually based on my lack of mileage. 5 years will be up beginning of May. this was a lease to own deal since the estimated value was way over residual and frankly there isn't anything on the market right now that I like better.

Enjoy the car

5 years okay but what's your mileage.

April 2019 - old lady in PA bought it with 64 miles on odo.
6/30/20 - 1st oil change at 3276 miles. free?
1/29/21- 3879 miles. this is when i bought it in Ohio at a fiat dealership
2/5/21 - sos recall fix. free
4/6/21 - oil, engine, cabin filter, keyfob batts changed at 8670 miles. dealership. free
9/28/21 - oil and filter changed at 18333 miles. free at dealer
12/1/21 - bought Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4s for $1039 at discount tire. installed at 21140 miles.
3/25/22 - new front pads, oil and filter, engine and cabin filter and keyfob batts, free at dealership. 26334 miles
4/4/22 - the ultimate care 3+ expired. didn't even know what this was
11/2/22 - oil and filter changed for $112.67 at dealership at 35043 miles
12/1/22 - brake flush at 36129 miles. i already had a motiv kit and fluid from my F33
4/26/23 - cabin filter and k&n engine filter changed by me at 42014, $80?
6/6/23 - oil and filter changed at 43812 miles by dealership for $112.98
10/13/23 - rear pads, rotor and sensor by dealership at 50049 miles, $612.38
12/19/23 - 52885 miles, changed oil and filter and front pads and sensor myself with parts from fcp euro. front ferodo pads for the M brakes and sensor wire was $69.68. waiting on oil refund since this oil was bought for my daughter's subaru and I didn't use it on her car. lol
will do front pads again next time from fcp euro so i can send the worn pads back for store credit.

i'm at 54058 miles now, so in about 3 years I put on 50k miles.

going to get Michelin CrossClimate2 tires in the spring probably.

I'm a little bit on the lazy side.. so I do what I can minimally.. Oil changes for me end up being twice a year. I've been really lucky and no brake jobs needed.. but I might finally have enough time this spring to drop in my new pads.

I do not use the start/stop and my engine mounts are fine, as is our 2016 X1.

There is no power steering fluid, it's electronic.

It's debateable about transmission fluid if you believe in "lifetime" or not.. I like to say none of our cars are near the 100K mark where I might start to think about it. This is the "lifetime" mark that BMW states.

Brake fluid reminder pings every 2 years, so I've done that.

Coolant should actually be done around 50/60K I think? I haven't done that on our X1 and that's on my list of things to do.

But.. the X1 has been trouble free (only an evap diaphragm died which I fixed)

Wipers have been good for me like 2 yrs at a time so I change it when it needs.

Cabin air filters.. whenever I'm feeling guilty. I actually haven't changed it in my 2019 X2.. changed it once on the 2016 X1 and it was still clean (which is why I'm less inclined to change my X2 yet). Air filters I change every 2 years give or take.. More for my performance mind as again.. not very dirty.

I'm lucky in that these cars don't seem to fail and I don't abuse them.. all suspension components on the X1 are as good as day 1 as well so I will replace anything as needed!

Pretty similar here.
2019 with 48k and I've done this:
annual oil changes (i put about 6-7k per year).
Brake fluid flush every 2 year
Brake pads are low, but still good - I'll look when i switch out winter tires

Big thing for me this summer is tranny fluid. I'd like to do oil and filter, but i'm not even sure that is possible on the M35 (i have not found a filter, and even if i did, it looks like you have to disassemble most of the front clip to get to it).
