Hoya, Thanks for reminding.
Every details has been worked out and described in email.
I also called credit company to state the situation in case
the oral/email agreement broke and they need to refund my deposit.
(Absolutely no check deposit.)
I got 3.9% from BMWFS in Oct and it become 1.9% now.
I know all these are not legal agreement and they can "regret".
In case it happen I'll walk. I don't blame them for getting more profit.

BTW, Danny seems to be a great guy to work with so far.
Although I haven't met him in person he gave the lowest quote since
beginning(back to Aug. I guess).
I got a close quote from local but pull trigger but decide to gave him my business due to his followup and consistency.

Man, that AW on the E92 with those 197's is FTMFW. Awesome.

+1 on the shadowline tho, does kinda cheapen it a bit.. Tint will help.
