Possibly. It states for NBT System, whereas you Technically have ENTRYNAV Head Unit,but at same time is states F48, so I presume ENTRYNAV is supported.

I just got a CPO 2016 X1 with id4, 8.8" non touch, navigation, sirius, etc.

Is it possible to get carplay on my system without going the MMI or Android screen route?

Not possible with ENTRYNAV (ROUTE) Head Unit.

Wow I have been looking and looking for someone who knows how this works.
I have a 2020 BMW x1, US Specs that has the Carplay prep package but it was never activated, the dealer here in Italy has no idea how to activate, please help!

I just got a CPO 2017 X1, m sport version with all the packages. 10.25 inch screen. I'm hoping to get Carplay working, let me know if you can help!

CarPlay is not possible with ENTRYNAV ROUTE Head Unit. You need newer ENTRYNAV2 WAY Head Unit.

VIN Number is 5R55146, I think the HU is ENTRYNAV2.

I have ConnectedDrive services - BMW Online and MyRemote, purchased from BMW portal via provisioning.
I have NBT EVO HU, 2019 build, it is not installed yet.
Is it possible to use existing ConnectedDrive services with retrofitted NBT EVO? How can I do it - maybe flash NBT EVO with my VIN and push the button to update online services inside my car?

NBT EVO would just need VIN / FSC Code set matching Car VIN / ATM Module.
