Thumbs up for Wagner BMW Shrewsbury,MA.
I ordered my car back in the middle of August and have had it a few months now. I want to give a shout out for the gang at Wagner BMW in Shrewsbury, in particular Mark Daniels. I did some pricing discussion via email and phone with Mark, went in for a couple of test drives, and ordered one of the first 2009 off the line just the way I wanted for a damn good price. Mark is a great guy to work with. If your in the MA/New England area and looking for a Bimmer give Mark a buzz(direct line 508-925-2210,mdaniels@wagnermotors.com). I'll also give a thumbs up for the service department. When I got my car the aluminum trim on the globe box handle literally just fell off. While I wasn't very happy over that I will say I just blindly drove to Wagner with no appointment and because it was just a quick fix they just took car of it, literally in 2 minutes(the adhesive from the factory never bonded). I was in the Wagner BMW area on another occasion and heard a nasty rattle in the car the was driving me nuts...again no appointment, but they had a guy come out and take a ride with me with basically no wait. Of course, the rattle mysteriously went away, but the point is how accomodating they were with me just swinging in with no appointment. So in short both my sales and service experience have been great at Wagner...and of course I love the car. Rich

Didn't get my car yet (2 weeks left of wait...), but so far so good!! Great deal, great customer service. Marc Lisenco, the General Manager, is French and we used to live in the same area. That's partly why I got a good deal.

I bought mine from wagner. They didn't really know much of anything about it. I pre ordered mine to get it on the release date but later cancelled it to get the savannah interior which I found out I could get after the release date thanks to 1addicts! I also asked one of the service people there if I put a k&n air filter in the car if that would void my warranty. He said yes and that these cars are fast enough from the factory

One question for those who picked-up their cars from Wagner.
Did they do a good in detailing the car for delivery?? I want to ask them not to touch it...I'd rather do it myself...what do you think? |

I picked up my car from Wagner. I had no complaints about how the car looked when I picked it up. I did ask them not to drill holes for my front license plate bracket. I did see and drive the car before they preped it tho.

well if you aren't in Wagner, Go to Herb Chamber BMW in boston, they are the best, my CA's name is Ahmed, he's totally absolutely awesome, willing to get things done all over, even return my plate and fax it to my insurance and all that side work for me. when i picked up my car, i was like oh damn now i want all season carpet, outside is all dirty........guess what? all season mats i want, that's what he give at no charge just to make me happy. Totally absolutely awesome. after i got home, i got thank you letters, phone calls and email to see if the car give me any issues and problems. They really do care. Service is great too, my friend who owns a M3 just got his car detailed at the service center, it came out looking brand new.
